Mariah Gates
Mariah Gates is the founder of Accelerated Automation, a 7-figure consulting firm that has helped more than 850+ agencies over the last 6 years nationwide transform their operations with AgencyZoom. With 16 years in sales and finance and 9 years as an agency owner, Mariah knows firsthand the struggles and opportunities insurance leaders face.
Since 2019 she’s partnered closely with AgencyZoom, beta-tested new features, taught classes at Vertafore’s Accelerate, and even trained at Vertafore headquarters—earning a reputation as one of the top voices in insurance technology.
Today, Mariah leads a team of more than 15 professionals with over 100 years of collective experience in insurance and technology. Together, they deliver the expertise and execution agencies need to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and scale with confidence.
Beyond business, Mariah is rooted in family and faith. Married to her high school sweetheart for 20 years, they’re raising two kids, Gia and Eli, and spend weekends camping, riding horses, fishing, hunting, and dirt biking.
