John Henson is the founder of his new firm, Henson Legal. John advises a variety of clients on telemarketing compliance, privacy issues, and the use of AI in marketing. Prior to forming Henson Legal, John has held roles in private practice, as well as in-house roles. He was General Counsel at http://consumeraffairs.com,/ where he led the Legal and Compliance function as well as Talent and Culture. Mr. Henson also worked at LendingTree, where he assumed a variety of roles, including Vice President of compliance, Assistant General Manager of the LendingTree’s Home vertical, and Interim General Counsel. A native of Tennessee, he lives with his family in Birmingham, Alabama, where he can pursue his love for barbecue and college football.
