Terms and Conditions for Accelerated Automation

Welcome to Accelerated Automation, a division of Quick Lead Connect LLC. We specialize in building custom campaigns for insurance agents to use inside of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or for marketing, retention, and customer service purposes.

1. Intellectual Property Rights The campaigns, training materials, support, product knowledge, and any other intellectual property (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) provided by Accelerated Automation to the customer are and shall remain the exclusive property of Quick Lead Connect LLC. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Intellectual Property solely for their internal business operations.

2. Restrictions The customer agrees not to share, distribute, sell, or otherwise make available the Intellectual Property to any third party outside of their company. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing via electronic means, physical copies, or through any other method of distribution.

3. Confidentiality The customer acknowledges that the Intellectual Property contains valuable trade secrets and proprietary information of Accelerated Automation. The customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Intellectual Property and to prevent any unauthorized use or disclosure.

4. Penalties for Unauthorized Use In the event of unauthorized use or disclosure of the Intellectual Property by the customer, Accelerated Automation reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages, including fines and penalties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Termination Accelerated Automation reserves the right to terminate the customer’s license to use the Intellectual Property in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, the customer must immediately cease all use of the Intellectual Property and destroy all copies in their possession.

6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quick Lead Connect LLC is incorporated.

7. Refunds and Delivery Policy All payments for services and digital products sold by Accelerated Automation are non-refundable under all circumstances, except as follows:

Refund Eligibility Exception: If Accelerated Automation fails to deliver the purchased digital product or fulfill service delivery within sixty (60) days of purchase and the delay is not due to the client’s failure to schedule, engage, or complete course requirements, then the client may request a full refund in writing. Any refund request must be received prior to the 90-day expiration deadline.

Training Forfeiture Clause Each team member at a client’s agency must complete the designated digital course within 30 days of purchase. If this requirement is not met, the client forfeits their access to live training sessions. The digital product will still be provided as purchased. Because live training slots are limited and reserved in advance, rescheduling or delayed redemption is not allowed and does not entitle the client to any refund or credit.

Monthly Capacity Limitation Accelerated Automation limits monthly client intake to preserve quality and capacity. Each purchase reserves one of a limited number of available fulfillment spots. As such, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Services may not be canceled or rescheduled once purchased.

8. Payment Plans, Default, and Collections Clients who enter into payment plans (e.g., 12 payments of $1,250 for a $15,000 service) agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether the service has been used, activated, or fully completed.

Failure to make full payment is a violation of contract. If a client cancels payments, discontinues without notice, or defaults, Accelerated Automation may:

  • Initiate collection actions to recover the full remaining balance;
  • Charge the client for any legal, administrative, or collection fees incurred;
  • Pursue action in small claims court or via formal collection services.

Late Payment Penalties Payments made more than five (5) days past due will incur a 10% late payment fee based on the overdue installment.

9. Fulfillment Expiration If a client fails to provide the necessary login credentials or access for Accelerated Automation to fulfill the purchased services within thirty (30) days of purchase, the order will be considered canceled due to lack of client cooperation and fulfillment capacity will no longer be guaranteed. No refund or credit will be issued.

Clients are encouraged to begin implementation promptly. Accelerated Automation is not responsible for missed deadlines due to a client’s failure to schedule, respond, or provide necessary access.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Agreement or use of Accelerated Automation services shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Idaho, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator. All decisions shall be final and binding.

11. Data Use and Security Accelerated Automation will not sell, lease, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Data may be shared with Affiliates and verified partners solely for performance of contractual obligations or communications relevant to your purchased services.

All client data is stored with commercially reasonable security measures. However, no system can guarantee absolute protection, and clients agree to hold harmless the Company from liability related to unforeseen data breaches beyond its control.

12. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the Intellectual Property and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.

13. Premier Group Enrollment Program

13.1 Overview

The Premier Group Enrollment Program is an optional group-based pricing and benefit program for select Accelerated Automation services. These Premier Group Enrollment terms apply to district, territory, or regional managers, consultants, coaches, influencers, clusters, and other group leaders (collectively, “Group Leaders”) who coordinate multiple agencies into qualifying Sprint or Scale purchases, as well as to the agencies that purchase under those group commitments. These terms supplement and do not replace the general Terms of Service on this page.

13.2 Eligible services

The Premier Group Enrollment Program applies only to the following eligible offers, as made available from time to time:

a) Sprint – Done-for-you automation plus online on-demand course.

b) Scale – Done-for-you automation plus course access plus 1:1 training and implementation support

c) High-Volume Bonus eligibility, as described in Section 13.7

Any other services, integrations, or custom work are excluded from the Premier Group Enrollment Program unless expressly stated in writing on the applicable order or invoice.

13.3 Group commitments, discounts, and caps

a) To participate, the Group Leader must commit to a specific number of Sprint and/or Scale seats (the “Committed Seats”) to be purchased within a single 30-day period under one Premier Group Enrollment link set.

b) Discounts are determined solely by the number of Committed Seats on that specific group commitment:

i. 1–4 Committed Seats: no group discount

ii. 5–9 Committed Seats: 5 percent discount on eligible purchases in that group

iii. 10 or more Committed Seats: 10 percent discount on eligible purchases in that group (maximum base group discount)

c) The applicable group discount is locked at the time Accelerated Automation issues the group payment link or invoice, based on the Committed Seats disclosed by the Group Leader. There is no retroactive tiering or adjustment if the group later purchases more or fewer seats than originally committed. For example, if the Group Leader commits to 10 seats, the 10 percent group discount applies to all qualifying seats purchased under that commitment, even if only 6 are ultimately purchased.

d) The base group discount is capped at 10 percent and applies all discounted seats per distinct group commitment. A Group Leader may create additional group commitments for additional seats, each with its own 30-day clock and discount level.

13.4 Prepay bonus vs individual payment

The Group Leader must choose one of the following payment structures for each group commitment:

a) Group-pay (prepay) option

i. The Group Leader or group entity pays for all Committed Seats (Sprint and/or Scale) on one invoice or consolidated payment link.

ii. When all Committed Seats are paid in full via this group-pay option, the group earns an additional 2.5 percent prepay bonus on those seats.

iii. Example: a 10-seat group commitment under the group-pay option receives a 10 percent base group discount plus a 2.5 percent prepay bonus, for a total discount of 12.5 percent on those seats.

b) Individual-pay option

i. Each agency pays its own Sprint and/or Scale invoice via product-specific payment links provided by Accelerated Automation.

ii. These links are “capped” at the Committed Seats for each product type. Once the committed number of seats is purchased, the link will automatically decline additional payments.

iii. Under the individual-pay option, no prepay bonus applies. Participating agencies receive only the applicable 5 percent or 10 percent base group discount.

c) Maximum total discount

i. The maximum total discount on any seat under the Premier Group Enrollment Program is 12.5 percent (10 percent base group discount plus 2.5 percent prepay bonus).

13.5 Payment links, seat limits, and additional groups

a) When group-pay is selected, Accelerated Automation may issue a single payment link or invoice that includes the agreed number of Sprint and/or Scale seats and applies the applicable group discount to all Committed Seats covered by that invoice.

b) When individual-pay is selected, the Group Leader must specify how many Sprint seats and how many Scale seats the group will purchase under that commitment. Accelerated Automation will then generate product-specific payment links with hard purchase limits that match the disclosed Committed Seats for each product type. For example, a commitment of 6 Sprint and 4 Scale seats may be supported by one capped Sprint link (maximum 6 purchases) and one capped Scale link (maximum 4 purchases).

c) Once the Committed Seats are purchased under a given payment link, that link will not accept further payments.

d) Any additional agencies that wish to participate after the Committed Seats are filled require a separate group commitment, new capped payment link(s), and a new 30-day clock under the updated commitment.

13.6 Thirty-day clock, group performance, and forfeited benefits

a) For each group commitment, the 30-day clock begins on the calendar date when the first payment is successfully processed under that group’s payment link or invoice.

b) The group must meet or exceed its Committed Seats within that 30-day period to unlock the Premier Group Enrollment benefits described in Sections 13.7 through 13.9.

c) If the group meets its Committed Seats within 30 days:

i. All seats purchased under that commitment within the 30-day window receive the applicable 5–10 percent group discount.

ii. Sprint seats purchased under that commitment unlock the Sprint group training benefits described in Section 13.8.

iii. Scale seats purchased under that commitment unlock the free community access described in Section 13.9.

iv. If, in addition, the group meets the high-volume threshold in Section 13.7, the group also earns the On-Site Training Day.

d) If the group does not meet its Committed Seats within 30 days:

i. All agencies that did purchase within the 30-day window still retain the applicable 5–10 percent group discount on their purchased seats.

ii. There are no refunds, credits, or retroactive price adjustments if the group fails to hit its commitment. Future group discount requests may be declined based on prior failure to hit commitment.

iii. All group-only bonuses and add-on perks associated with the Premier Group Enrollment Program are forfeited across the entire group, including:

– Sprint group training calls under Section 13.8

– Free community access for Scale purchasers under Section 13.9

iv. Seats that were “committed” but not actually purchased within the 30-day window simply expire with no discount and no benefits. Agencies that did not purchase during the 30-day period may still enroll later at standard pricing or under a new group commitment, subject to the then-current terms.

v. Accelerated Automation will not remove or claw back discounts already applied to agencies that did purchase; the remedy for an underperforming group is forfeiture of group-only perks, not removal of earned discounts.

13.7 High-Volume Bonus (75,000 dollars in purchased services)

a) In addition to meeting the Committed Seats for a group commitment, a group may qualify for a high-volume bonus.

b) If a group purchases at least 75,000 dollars (USD) in eligible Sprint and Scale services under its group links within the same 30-day clock:

i. The group locks in the 10 percent group discount, provided the group’s commitment was at least 10 seats.

ii. The group earns one day of live, on-site training with Accelerated Automation, scheduled at Accelerated Automation’s discretion and subject to trainer availability and mutual coordination.

iii. If the group also used the group-pay (prepay) option, the 2.5 percent prepay bonus remains in effect, for a total discount of up to 12.5 percent on the qualifying seats, in addition to the one-day on-site training.

c) The high-volume bonus is a group-level reward based on total dollars purchased under the group’s links in that 30-day window. It does not increase the maximum total discount beyond the 12.5 percent cap described in Section 13.4(c).

13.8 Sprint – group perks and training calls

a) Outside of the Premier Group Enrollment Program, Sprint includes done-for-you automation and a defined online training course and onboarding scope as described on the applicable order form or service description.

b) When a group meets its Committed Seats within the 30-day clock, Sprint agencies in that group receive additional group training benefits:

i. Group Training Calls: a series of weekly group calls over a 60 day period, as specified in the applicable program or order documentation.

ii. Group training calls are triggered only when the last Committed Seat for Sprint and/or Scale under that group commitment has been purchased and paid. For example, if a group commits to 10 agencies, the group training calls begin only after the 10th seat is paid.

iii. Group training calls are scheduled by Accelerated Automation in coordination with the Group Leader. Training calls that are scheduled but not attended are forfeited and will not be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.

c) If the group fails to meet its Committed Seats within the 30-day clock, Sprint purchasers still keep their applicable group discount but do not receive the free group training calls described above.

13.9 Scale – group perks and community access

a) Outside of the Premier Group Enrollment Program, Scale includes 1:1 training calls (typically over four months), deeper automation, and implementation support as described on the applicable order form or service description.

b) When a group meets its Committed Seats within the 30-day clock, each Scale agency purchased under that group commitment receives an additional community benefit: four months of access to Accelerated Automation’s Premium Community at no charge (standard value currently 99 dollars per month, subject to change).

c) If the group fails to meet its Committed Seats within the 30-day clock, Scale purchasers still keep their applicable group discount but do not receive the free four months of Premium Community access.

13.10 Group Leader lifetime community unlock

a) Separately from the Scale group perk in Section 13.9, any Group Leader who has coordinated a total of at least 10 agencies that sign up with Accelerated Automation (across any number of group commitments and 30-day windows) earns an ongoing invitation to join the client Premium Community.

b) The 10 agencies may be accrued over time and across multiple groups and payment links. For example, a Group Leader who coordinates 5 agencies in one group commitment and 5 agencies six months later would meet this requirement.

c) This is an access permission, not free membership. Once this threshold is reached, the Group Leader is allowed to join the Premium Community at the then-current standard client rate (currently 99 dollars per month, subject to change), on a month-to-month basis, subject to the community’s separate rules and terms.

13.11 Non-negotiables, coordination requirements, and sales process

a) No individual sales calls for group pricing: To keep the Premier Group Enrollment Program scalable, Accelerated Automation does not conduct separate one-to-one sales calls with each agency under a group commitment as a condition of group pricing. The Group Leader is responsible for explaining the offer, terms, and expectations to their agencies. Accelerated Automation may provide one-page summaries, FAQs, or other materials to help the Group Leader communicate the program but will not participate in multiple individual sales calls for the same group.

b) Coordination required: Random referrals or scattered signups that are not tied to a specific Premier Group Enrollment commitment and payment link(s) do not qualify as a “group” under this program. These fall under Accelerated Automation’s standard services and affiliate program, if applicable. To qualify for Premier Group Enrollment, there must be a defined commitment, a designated Group Leader, and specific group payment link(s) issued for that commitment.

c) All sales are final: All purchases under the Premier Group Enrollment Program are subject to the general refund and delivery policy in Section 7 of these Terms of Service. In addition, there are no refunds, credits, or “upside only” adjustments based on final turnout, later deals, or whether the group meets its Committed Seats or the high-volume threshold. Discounts and perks under this program are determined solely by (i) the Committed Seats at the time of link issuance and (ii) whether the group meets its 30-day commitment and any applicable high-volume thresholds.

d) Discount caps: The base group discount is capped at 10 percent. With the group-pay prepay option, the maximum total discount on any given seat is 12.5 percent. The high-volume bonus in Section 13.7 adds a one-day on-site training experience but does not increase the maximum discount beyond 12.5 percent.

e) Multiple groups: A Group Leader may run multiple separate group commitments over time. Each commitment is treated as its own group for purposes of the 30-day clock, discount level, Sprint and Scale perks, and high-volume bonus eligibility. The Premier Group Enrollment Program itself is subject to change for future commitments; any updates will be reflected on this page and will apply prospectively, not retroactively, to new group commitments made after the change effective date.

By using the services of Accelerated Automation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
