Mariah entered the insurance industry in 2014 after a decade in banking with Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase, where she developed a strong foundation in finance, sales, and operational efficiency. As a 9-year agency owner, she lived the reality most agents face—disorganized systems, missed follow-up, and a constant feeling of being behind.
Accelerated Automation was built in 2019 out of demand, not theory. Other agents saw how she was using systems and automation to create clarity and consistency in her agency—and they wanted the same. What started as helping a few peers quickly grew into supporting hundreds of agencies looking to finally “crack the CRM code.”
Today, Mariah and her team have helped over 900 insurance agencies implement and optimize their systems, with a strong focus on AgencyZoom and integrated automation tools. As an Orange Partner with Vertafore, she has contributed to platform feedback, beta testing, and real-world implementation strategies that actually work inside an agency—not just in theory.
