With nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Lilly brings deep operational knowledge, hands-on agency experience, and a passion for developing confident, high-performing teams. Lilly began her insurance career in 2016 after building a strong foundation in operational roles within the hospitality and medical fields. Since entering the industry, she has held multiple roles, including producer, csr, office manager, and agency owner – giving her a well-rounded understanding of how successful agencies operate from the ground up.
At Accelerated Automation, Lilly didn’t just step into training—she built it. She created the company’s training department from the ground up and now oversees the training team as Training Team Lead. To date, she has personally trained more than 450 insurance agencies, both captive and independent, helping them implement scalable processes for proven results.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Lilly is a dedicated athlete, actively participating in co-ed and women’s softball leagues. She also finds fulfillment in coaching pageant contestants and cherishes quality time spent with her son, Ethan.
