Kelly Teeter is a TechOps Consultant & Project Manager at Accelerated Automation who helps insurance agencies turn chaos into clarity. She specializes in building scalable workflows, optimizing tech stacks, and creating systems that teams actually use—so agency owners can grow without everything depending on them.
Her insurance journey began in 2018 as an independent agent, and it didn’t take long before she found her lane in operations. She quickly moved into leadership roles, eventually becoming VP of Operations at a reputable agency. Licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Investments, Kelly brings a deep understanding of how agencies work behind the scenes and what it really takes to build processes that hold up under pressure.
Today, she focuses on full tech stack optimization, using the best of AgencyZoom and AMS operations to improve everything from sales and service workflows to onboarding, retention, and compliance. She’s known for being both strategic and practical—bridging the gap between technology and execution so agencies can build momentum instead of constantly putting out fires.
Outside of her professional work, Kelly is involved in church ministry and her community, where she supports operations, communication, and teaching. She also has an entrepreneurial background, including five years of owning and designing for a jewelry company, which reflects her creative drive and love for building things.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her spending time with her husband, children, friends, and their dog. She loves reading, puzzles, creating with her hands, appreciating art, and getting outside—especially if it involves a beach. Kelly believes the best systems are built with intention, and the best families & communities are too.
