Not to worry, as long as you give us 30 days notice you can extend your service in increments of 2 months at a time. So if you love our service and team like we know you will you can work with us as long as you want!

If I don’t have an AMS how do I get my customers into AgencyZoom?2025-08-12T14:54:18-07:00

Add them manually using the +New Business button inside of AgencyZoom. We do NOT recommend importing customers via an excel sheet as this causes issues with your data 100% of the time.

AgencyZoom is a CRM software company. Accelerated Automation is the original 😎 automation consulting and training firm for Agency Zoom users. Any purchase made with Accelerated Automation has no affect on your AgencyZoom costs. You must pay for an AgencyZoom account directly and then is you choose to work with us you pay us directly for our services.

Our Done-For-You services do not include integration setup, but our course “AgencyZoom Essentials” will walk you through the setup for AgencyZoom integrations.

YES, in our Fractional COO service we will build custom automation for you, including campaigns and we can include any campaign you currently use and want to move.

YES, Farmers Insurance and Vertafore got together and built a quote link. This allows information for leads in AgencyZoom to be pushed into your Farmers quoting platform for personal line leads.

NO, you can’t pull any information directly out of Farmers’ systems and into AgencyZoom (or any other CRM) as Farmers has a closed API.
