Before transitioning fully into training, Kelly gained valuable experience in sales and customer experience, including three years working on board cruise ships, where adaptability, multicultural communication, and service excellence were essential. Kelly is originally from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
